New branding for a new destination restaurant

Rocksalt, Mark Sargeant’s new harbour side restaurant and bar in Folkestone, Kent, has opened with all branding courtesy of Pebble Shores.
Appointed in April, we had but a name and less than eight weeks to develop and produce all the signage, menus and marketing collateral for this eagerly anticipated quality restaurant offering from the Michelin-starred chef.
Not ones to be easily daunted, we sunk our teeth into the project and set about reflecting all the qualities, values and aspects of the restaurant within the identity and materials. Local historical photography was used for the menus, materials reflective of the location, recycled stocks and a logo with a subtle fish reference were developed and applied to all aspects from the front door to the cloakroom card for your coat.
